Washington County Fairgrounds Generate $8m Annually
Easton — A new study has been released into the economic impact the Washington County fairgrounds has on the region.
According to the report by Saratoga Springs based Camoin Associates the fairground generates $8 million annual for Washington County in new visitor spending.
The grounds also create 181 jobs and $442,000 in tax revenues.
Events hosted at the fairgrounds include the Annual Washington County Fair, Two Washington County Antique Fair and Flea Markets as well as numerous other agriculture related events.
