Queensbury Town Councilman Arrested
Queensbury — Town Councilman Timothy Brewer has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs.
This is his second such arrested in less than 3-years. Brewer was arrested Saturday after he was spotted driving erratically along Sherman Avenue in the Town.
He was charged with misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Brewer and Queensbury Town Supervisor Dan Stec did not respond to our request for interviews.
