Highway Superintendent Guilty Plea Following Drug Arrest
Ballston Spa — A local highway superintendent arrested last year in charges he sold cocaine has pled guilty to a reduced charge.
Town of Milton Highway Superintendent 43-year-old David Forbes will be sentenced June 7th after pleading guilty to a low level misdemeanor of sixth degree conspiracy.
Forbes was one of eight people arrested last year for selling cocaine.
