Harness Trainer Arrested for Rape
Saratoga Springs — A local harness driver and trainer has been arrested for allegedly having sex with two young girls.
47-year-old Brian Allen has been charged with a criminal sex act and rape. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s office says Allen had multiple encounters with a 14-year-old and 15-year-old.
His bail is set at $15,000.
