Group Home Abuse Made-Up
Jackson — Police have charged a Greenwich woman in an alleged abuse case at a state run home for the developmentally disabled in Washington County.
Last month we told you that a staffer at the Arlington home in Jackson had alleged that a supervisor had used a cattle prod on one of the people who live at the home.
After a three month investigation 23-year-old Allison Baranski of Greenwich has admitted she never saw her supervisor use a cattle prod on one of the developmentally disabled people who live in the home.
Baranski has been charged with a misdemeanor of making a punishable false written statement.
