Fatal Crash Sentencing
Providence — The Ballston Spa teenager, who crashed his car, killing his passenger, was sentenced Friday in Saratoga County Court.
Brian Vecchio was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison.
He pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in March for the death of Noelle Johnsen in the Town of Providence back in January.
Vecchio tried to pass another car going almost 100 miles an hour, losing control and crashing into a utility pole.
