Congressman Bill Owens Interview (Video)
Glens Falls — Congressman Bill Owens stopped by Look News Tuesday as he campaigns in the newly expanded 21st Congressional District.
Owens a Democrat from Plattsburgh currently represents the 23rd district. That congressional area has been re-aligned and now falls into the 21st which includes Warren, Washington and Northern Saratoga Counties.

Owens who is a democratic has also secured the Working Families’ Party line. He is running against Matt Doheny, who already has the Conservative and Independence Party nominations. Doheny is facing Kellie Green for the GOP nomination in a June Primary. Green Party candidate Donald Hassig is also in the race.
