Children Found Unattended in Whitehall Park
Whitehall — A Whitehall woman has been arrested after police received reports her two young children were playing unattended in a village park.
22-year-old Jessica Hawkins was arrested after police found her 2 and 4 year old running unattended in the riverside park wearing only diapers.
Hawkins who had returned to the park by the time police arrived on the scene has been changed with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Hawkins was issued an appearance ticket.
