Saratoga Springs- Saratoga Gaming and Raceway will not submit a bid to put a destination casino in Saratoga Springs. They are however looking into East Greenbush. Saratoga Mayor Joanne Yepsen says that she is “looking forward to working closely with them (Saratoga Gaming and Raceway) and The New York Gaming Commission the city considers the 30 million dollar expansion.
