And, They’re Off, Saratoga Racing Season Underway (Video)
Saratoga Springs – The 144th season of horse racing is underway at the Saratoga Race Course.
The track came to life Friday morning as thousand of patrons made their way through the gates for the first day of racing.
The highlight of the 6-week meet is the Grade 1, $1 million Travers Stakes. The race known as the “mid-summer derby” is August 25th.
The season last through Labor Day, September 3rd.
