Jesse H. Jackson III – President, Chief Creative Officer
Jesse has been in the marketing/advertising business since 1977. Beginning at the Schenectady based premiere full service ad-agency Madison North as director of broadcast services. In the years that followed he co-founded the Albany based full service marketing & communications firm, Schnurr & Jackson Inc. For over 13 yrs they were “the” creative agency. They serviced a wide range of clients including A&E television networks, Comedy Central, NYC Ballet, SPAC, & auto dealer ad groups for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Honda. In 1994 he moved to NYC to oversee the Marketing/Creative Services for the A&E Television Network & The History Channel. He then held the same position for VH1 at MTV Networks. Jesse is also President of Hood Communications, a marketing consulting firm with clients in the USA and Europe. Jesse has received numerous regional and national awards in recognition for his work.
David Storey is the News Producer at Look TV and oversees all news, web and social media content. David comes to Look TV from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he worked as a producer for 28 News on WBRE-TV. Previously David worked for Moray Firth Radio in his home country of Scotland.
Christine Dixon, Director of Media Development
Christine’s passion is for people and growing fruitful relationships.
Most recently, Christine served as Executive Director for Wiawaka Holiday House, a Historic women’s retreat on Lake George, NY. Her strategic planning and implementation skills impacted this organization by expanding sales, marketing, programming, operations and resources.
Her experience also includes 10 years of successful account management and sales for AT&T. Christine is connected to a strong local network of leaders at Corporations, Foundations, and businesses of all sizes.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Christine is a trained, certified yoga teacher. She lives in Charlton, NY with her family.

Stephen Carleton serves as First Vice President/Investments at Janney Montgomery Scott’s Saratoga Springs, NY office. He has an accomplished career with over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Attracted to Janney because of the company’s dedication to excellence and services, reputation of stability and long–standing history as one of the oldest firms on Wall Street, Stephen joined the firm in 2008 and is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of service and sound financial advice – managing investment accounts for high net worth families, individuals and institutions across the country.
Stephen has developed a client service philosophy that focuses on cultivating highly personal and attentive relationships while delivering customized, objective service. He is committed to providing high-end value and advice to each and every client relationship, and continues to help clients accumulate, grow, preserve, and enjoy their wealth.
Stephen received a BA from Roberts Weslyan College in Rochester, NY and holds his Series 7, 31, & 66 licenses as well as his Life & Health Insurance.
Stephen feels strongly about working in the community and giving back. He devotes his time and support to local charities, the arts, and local school sports programs. Stephen is a member of the Saratoga Springboard Committee, a group of volunteers that specialize in empowering and enabling local charities in fund raising strategies.
Recent projects have included:
• Franklin Community Center, a food bank and resource for underprivileged families.
• Saratoga Preservation Foundation, partnering with the city of Saratoga Springs to fund raise and restore the “Spirit of Life” statue – a national treasure.
• The Saratoga Mentoring Program, a Big Brother/Big Sister supporting needy children in the community.
• Partnered with LookTV and local High School Athletics and created the HIGH 5 Leadership Grant – awarding one student athlete that exhibits five qualities (leadership, teamwork, athletics, scholastics, and community service) a $1,000 529 education scholarship. Additionally, the winning school receives a $250 donation.
• Regular Contributor on “A Look at Finance,” a weekly business review on cable TV station, LookTV.
• Quoted on local CBS affiliate Channel 6 WRGB-TV News and WNYT News Channel 13 in Upstate NY.
A Saratoga Springs resident, Stephen has lived in the community for 12 years. He enjoys cycling, running in 5K races and hiking in the Adirondacks. If you happen to be walking Downtown Saratoga Springs, you may bump into Stephen walking his boxer, Marley, a certified therapy dog.
Brian Whitley – Meteorologist
Originally from the Boston area, Brian graduated from Lyndon State College in VT in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. Since graduation, Brian worked as Chief Meteorologist at WAGM-TV in northern Maine for several years, and then to Syracuse, NY. Brian joined LOOK News in November of 2006 and is happy to call the North Country, home.
Jeremy Davis – Meteorologist
Jeremy has been forecasting the North Country’s weather on LOOK News over the last three years. A Massachusetts native, he graduated from Lyndon State College in Lyndonville Vermont. Jeremy is an avid skier and even runs a website detailing “Lost Ski Area’s” in the New England region.

Gay is a successful businesswoman in the North Country, running her own fitness company. Gay has extensive experience in issues affecting the health and well being of people living in this area. Gay also hosts OUR TIME, an original LOOK TV production focusing on issues facing the “Boomer” generation.
