$11m to Help Protect Water Quality Across NY
Albany — 27 counties statewide have received funding to protect New York’s lakes, streams and rivers from potential agricultural runoff.
Governor Andrew Cuomo handed out $10.6 million in grants to 159 farms.
Saratoga County Soil & Water Conservation District received $209,770.
Washington County Soil & Water Conservation District was awarded $276,622.
